First up, you'll set a step goal from December 1st to the 24th. This isn't about hitting a daily target – it’s about reaching a total number by the end of the challenge. 

Think of it as a fun, flexible journey, not a daily grind. 

Some days you might take a long walk and rack up lots of steps, and other days, you might just stroll around while shopping. 

The beauty of this challenge is that it adapts to your schedule, making it perfect for anyone, regardless of fitness level or how busy your December gets. It's all about moving at your own pace, in your own way.

Collect Charity Items Daily

Next, you’ll embark on a mission of kindness. Each day, you'll set aside an item to donate to a charity of your choice. 

It could be something new, something gently used, or even a monetary donation – the choice is yours. 

This can be as simple as setting aside a can of food while cooking dinner or picking up an extra warm scarf while out shopping.

As Christmas approaches, you’ll have a collection of 24 items to donate, bringing joy to those in need and adding a heartwarming purpose to your holiday season.

Hit Your Targets To Enter The Prize Draw

If you reach your personal step goal and collect 24 items for charity, you’ll be entered into a prize draw! 

Prizes (so far) include:
